360 Team Plan: Managed ChatGPT and AI Automation for Your Whole Team
The Team plan by 360 Automation AI sets up and manages ChatGPT workspace for up to 20 employees, embeds an OpenAI certified practitioner inside your business for AI enablement that works alongside your team and automates up to 2 processes a month for $2,899. Here is how it works, our process, and how it compares to a full-time AI hire.
360 Automation AI is an OpenAI Select Partner. With the Team plan, we set up a ChatGPT Business/Enterprise workspace inside your business and embed an OpenAI certified practitioner to handle AI enablement with your team. It costs less than a full-time hire.
A full-time AI automation specialist costs about $158,000 to $222,000 a year with benefits. Team is $2,899 per month and costs about $34,600 to $39,800 in year one.
- What it is: We set up and manage ChatGPT Business for up to 20 employees, reimburse the Standard seat costs, and automate up to 2 business processes every month.
- Onboarding: $4,997 one time, 4 weeks. Includes 5 discovery interviews, a company brain built from up to 75 documents, up to 7 platforms connected, up to 7 processes documented and a Strategic AI Roadmap.
- Monthly: $2,899 per month (promotional, moving to $3,600 in Q2 2027; sign up before then and keep $2,899), 6-month minimum. Pay 12 months upfront and save 15%.
- Your data stays yours: The company brain is plain files in your own GitHub organization, also set up in a ChatGPT Space for daily use. It moves with you if you change AI tools.
- Try it first: A one-time $1,250 pilot sets up 2 teammates and automates 1 workflow. The full $1,250 is credited toward Team if you upgrade within 30 days.
A full-time AI automation specialist costs roughly $158,000 to $222,000 a year once benefits are included, and the search alone can take months. The Team plan gets your whole team working in ChatGPT and automates up to 2 of your business processes every month, for $2,899 a month.
This article covers what is in the Team plan, how it works, what it costs next to a hire, how the company brain keeps your data yours, and how to try it for $1,250 first.
What the Team Plan Is
The Team plan is a monthly service that gets your whole team working in ChatGPT and automates a few of your business processes every month. We set up and manage the ChatGPT workspace, build a company brain so the AI knows your business, and automate up to 2 processes each month. It is built for businesses that want AI used every day across the team, without hiring someone to run it.
It sits between our Foundation and Growth plans. Foundation gives you one managed AI agent. Growth adds AI search visibility and a customer-facing chatbot. Team is for businesses that want their internal operations running on AI first.
What you get:
- A managed ChatGPT workspace for up to 20 employees. We set it up, configure it and keep it running.
- Seat costs covered. You buy the ChatGPT Business seats directly from OpenAI. We reimburse the Standard seat cost for up to 20 employees.
- Up to 2 business processes automated every month. We connect the software you already use so information moves on its own. Typical examples are order to fulfillment, customer onboarding, financial processes, and scheduling and assignments.
- Company brain, built and maintained. A structured knowledge base of how your business runs, kept current as your team, processes and tools change.
- An OpenAI certified practitioner embedded in your organization. During the engagement, they work alongside your team to handle AI enablement.
- Training resources so your team knows how to use the workspace.
- A dedicated project manager in Slack or wherever your team collaborates.
- A 24 business-hour response on change requests.
The price: $2,899 per month plus a one-time $4,997 onboarding fee. Pay 12 months upfront and save 15%: $29,570 for the year, a saving of $5,218. There is a 6-month minimum. The $2,899 rate is a promotional price. The plan moves to $3,600 per month starting in Q2 2027, and anyone who signs up before then keeps the $2,899 rate.
How the Team Plan Works
Stage 1: Onboarding (4 weeks, $4,997 one time). This is our Agent-Ready Infrastructure Professional Build. It gives the AI what it needs to work like someone who has been at your company for years.
- Interviews. We run 5 discovery interviews with the people who know how the business actually runs.
- Company brain. We build a structured knowledge base from up to 75 of your documents.
- Connections. We connect up to 7 of your platforms, such as your CRM, email, scheduling and accounting tools.
- Process documentation. We document up to 7 core processes and make them AI-ready.
- Roadmap. You get a Strategic AI Roadmap for your business.
- Workspace. Your team gets a ChatGPT workspace with the company brain set up inside it.
Stage 2: The monthly cycle ($2,899 per month). Each month we pick the next two processes with you, build the automations alongside your team, test them and hand them over. The brain gets updated at the same time. Your project manager is in your Slack the whole way, and change requests get an answer within 24 business hours.
Over a year, that is up to 24 automated processes built or optimized.
Throughout both stages, an OpenAI certified practitioner is embedded inside your organization, working alongside your team to handle AI enablement. They help your people put the workspace and each new automation to use, so adoption does not depend on one person figuring it out alone.
What the Team Plan Does for a Business
Most small and mid-sized businesses stall on AI for the same reason: nobody owns it. People try ChatGPT on their own, get uneven results, and the real time sinks stay manual. The Team plan puts an owner on it.
- Time back every month. Two processes a month means the manual work that eats hours, such as re-entering orders, chasing onboarding steps and building schedules, gets removed one process at a time.
- Everyone uses AI the same way. One managed workspace with training, instead of 20 people with 20 personal accounts and 20 different habits.
- Hands-on AI enablement. A certified practitioner works next to your team during the engagement, so people are not left to learn it alone.
- The AI knows your business. The company brain holds your pricing, policies, processes and language, so answers follow your rules.
- No hiring cycle. You start in weeks instead of months, with no recruiting, ramp-up or turnover risk.
- A cost you can plan around. One monthly number covers the seats, the management and the automation work.
Team Plan vs. Hiring a Full-Time AI Automation Specialist
The honest comparison is what one person costs against what the plan costs, and what each can do.
What a full-time hire costs.
- Base salary: Indeed lists the average base salary for an automation engineer in the US at $108,373 (updated October 2026). For an AI developer it is about $152,000.
- Employer costs on top: The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that for full-time private industry workers in June 2026, benefits made up 31.5% of employer compensation costs and wages 68.5%. That puts total cost at about 1.46 times wages.
- Loaded cost: About $158,000 to $222,000 a year. That is before recruiting fees, equipment, software and the manager's time.
- Time to start: KORE1 reports that tech searches run 48 to 89 days depending on role, with AI and machine learning engineers at 89 days. Add ramp-up time after that.
What the Team plan costs.
- Year one, paid monthly: $4,997 onboarding plus 12 months at $2,899 is $39,785.
- Year one, annual prepay: $4,997 plus $29,570 is $34,567.
- After onboarding: $34,788 a year at $2,899 a month, a rate you keep if you sign up before Q2 2027. After that, new customers pay $3,600 a month, or $43,200 a year.
- Included: The ChatGPT Business Standard seat costs for up to 20 employees are reimbursed, so the workspace cost is covered.
Side by side:
- Year-one cost: A hire is about $158,000 to $222,000. Team is about $34,600 to $39,800, roughly 16% to 25% of the hire.
- Time to start: A hire takes months to find and ramp up. Team onboarding takes 4 weeks.
- If someone leaves: When an employee leaves, what they know leaves with them. On Team, the processes and knowledge are written into the company brain, which you own.
- Who works with your team: A hire is one person. On Team, an OpenAI certified practitioner works inside your organization during the engagement, backed by a dedicated project manager.
- Where a hire wins: One full-time person can take any request on any day and build custom software. Team is capped at 2 new automations a month, with a 24 business-hour response on change requests.
If you have enough automation work to fill a full-time week, every week, hire. If your list is shorter than that, the Team plan is the cheaper way to get it done. Both numbers leave out the cost of the other software your processes connect to.
The Company Brain: Your Data, Not a Platform's
The company brain is the part of the Team plan that keeps its value, so it is worth being specific about what it is and where it lives.
What it is. A structured set of plain text .md files that describe your business: who you are, your customers, your offerings, your processes, your policies, your tools and the language you use. The files link to each other, so an AI tool can follow the connections the way a new employee would. It holds business knowledge and pointers to the systems where your records live. It does not hold regulated records such as health information, card or bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers.
Where it lives.
- In your GitHub organization. The repository is created in your own GitHub account from day one. We work in it as a collaborator, and our access is removed when you leave. GitHub keeps a full version history, so any change can be traced and undone.
- In a ChatGPT Space. The brain is also set up in a ChatGPT Space in your workspace, which is where your team uses it every day. They can update it as the business changes.
- Checked every month. Once a month we compare what your team changed in the Space against the GitHub copy and send you a short report. Only the changes you approve go into the permanent version.
Why you do not get locked in.
- Plain files, not a proprietary format. Any AI tool can read plain text. If you move from ChatGPT to another AI tool, the brain moves with you, and an Obsidian vault export is available if you want one.
- You own the repository. It sits in your account, not ours. Your connected software accounts are in your name too.
- You buy the seats. The ChatGPT Business seats are yours, bought directly from OpenAI. We reimburse the cost under the plan.
- Knowledge, not just automations. The slow part to build is the knowledge of how your business works. That is written down in files you own, so it is not trapped inside one product.
To be clear about the limits: the automations we build run inside your ChatGPT workspace, so they are built for that platform. If you ever switch, those automations would need rebuilding. The brain and the written-down processes behind them would not.

Start With the $1,250 Pilot
If you want to see results before committing to a monthly plan, start with the ChatGPT Workspace Pilot. It is a one-time $1,250.
- We set up a ChatGPT Business workspace for 2 of your teammates. You buy the 2 seats directly from OpenAI.
- We map one workflow and automate it with the right tool inside ChatGPT.
- We record your before numbers at the start and check the results against them at day 30.
- If you move up to the Team plan within 30 days after pilot completion, the full $1,250 is credited toward your onboarding.
The pilot answers the question that matters before any larger spend: does automating this workflow save real time in your business?
Is the Team Plan Right for You?
Team is a good fit if you want your whole team using ChatGPT at work, set up and managed for you, with a few of your processes automated every month. It is not the right plan if:
- You want AI search visibility or a customer-facing chatbot. Those are included in our Growth plan.
- You need more than 2 automations built or optimized a month. Our Enterprise plan includes up to 3 new custom processes a month.
- You need AI to work directly on protected health information. That needs a different setup with the right agreements signed first, so talk to us.
